Terms of Use

These are the house rules for DISCO, a late-night computer club. Booking a seat or sitting down at a station means you agree to them. They exist so the floor stays fair, the machines stay in shape, and everyone gets the night they came for.
Hours
The club runs every night from 20:00 until we lock the doors at 06:00. Last check-in for a full till-morning pass is set at the front desk and may shift on busy nights. The evening block is hourly; the midnight package is a fixed four-hour run; the till-morning pass holds your seat from check-in to close.
Bookings
- A booking holds one seat, for the spot and slot you chose, from your check-in time.
- Turn up within the grace window shown at the desk, or the seat may go to the next player waiting.
- Duo desks are booked as a pair under one name; both seats are yours for the night.
- You pay in person at the front desk when you clock in — no charge is taken through the site.
Conduct on the floor
The focus rows are quiet by design. Voice chat over a headset is fine; open speakers, loud calls and anything that carries down the line belong in the lounge. Treat the people beside you the way you'd want to be treated mid-round. Staff can ask anyone disrupting the room to move to the lounge or to leave.
- Keep food and drinks at the lounge counter, not on the stations.
- The chairs are for playing, not sleeping — rest your eyes in the lounge, not fully out at a desk.
- Under-age visitors and closing-time transport are handled at the desk; just ask.
Equipment
The machines, peripherals and furniture belong to the club and are shared by everyone who comes through. Don't unplug, open or reconfigure the hardware; if something isn't working, flag the desk and we'll fix or swap it. You're responsible for deliberate damage. Save your own files to your own accounts — stations are wiped between shifts and we can't recover what you leave behind.
Fair use
DISCO is a place to play and unwind. Any activity that's illegal, that harasses other guests, or that puts the equipment at risk isn't allowed and ends the visit. We may update these terms as the club grows; the date above marks the latest version.
